William Thomas Williams bequeathed his entire estate to the University in 1995. His estate included real estate as well as a music collection. The proceeds from the property’s sale are placed in a special restricted fund. The funds will be used to educate people about music.
A $10,000 full-time bursary and a $5,000 part-time bursary are available to the chosen student who can demonstrate academic merit and a passion for their chosen field.
